Leslie A. Isenegger is Vice President, Corporate Communications for GNYHA Ventures. Ms. Isenegger joined Greater New York Hospital Association in August 2005 and was responsible for creating and editing myriad publications—both print and electronic—for the spectrum of health care issues and interests the Association represents. Prior to this position, Ms. Isenegger worked at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in Washington, D.C., where she served as head speechwriter for Administrator Mark B. McClellan. Ms. Isenegger also served in the CMS Office of Legislation, working on Congressional hearings and materials including a variety of projects related to the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003. Prior to that, Ms. Isenegger was the Founding Editor of the Kaiser Daily Health Policy Report and a contributing editor for Kaiser Daily Reports and American Healthline. Ms. Isenegger is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned a Masters in Public Policy and Certificate in Health Policy Studies from the Georgetown Public Policy Institute. She earned a Certificate in Public Relations from New York University. Ms. Isenegger is also a standing Board member of the Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society of Greater New York.

Mr. Brian Conway, GNYHA Services' Vice President of Media Relations and Public Affairs, joined GNYHA Services in 1999. Mr. Conway serves as GNYHA Services’ spokesperson and the liaison for reporters and researchers seeking information about GNYHA Services, health care-related legislative activity, health care finance, and developments in health care policy in the New York metropolitan area and beyond. Mr. Conway also works directly with the principal public relations contacts at member institutions and contributes to creative advocacy campaigns that promote the interests of GNYHA Services members. Prior to joining GNYHA Services, Mr. Conway served as Communications Manager for the American Geriatrics Society from 1997–99. He was also Public Relations Coordinator for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America and a reporter for the Greenwich Time. Mr. Conway earned a B.A. in English from the State University of New York at Oneonta, and an M.A. in Public Communications from Fordham University.

Michelle DeLong, Assistant Director, Communications

Ms. Michelle DeLong joined GNYHA Services in 2008. Ms. DeLong is responsible for coordinating member events, as well as the creation and distribution of important member communications involving new contract announcements, GNYHA Services updates, and the latest in supply chain news. Prior to GNYHA Services, Ms. DeLong served for three years as the Member Relations Manager at PinnacleCare, a health care advocacy company based out of Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. DeLong earned a B.A. with a concentration in Communications and Public Relations from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania.
